Pelikan M800 Demonstrator

The Pelikan M800 Clear Demonstrator is a clear, piston-filling fountain pen with gold accents. It is larger in size than the Pelikan M400, and M600. Its specifications are as follows:

The Pelikan M800/M805 line is the second largest fountain pen line that Pelikan manufactures. The clear demonstrator version is a limited edition of the pen - the M805 has a silver trim, while the M800 has a gold trim. The cap of the pen can post securely on the back of the pen, but may make the pen too back-heavy for some users. The nib on this pen is smooth, writes with no priming, and did not experience skipping nor hard starting.The piston filling mechanism is easy to operate, and while you can see the ink in the demonstrator versions of the pen, the non-demonstrator versions have ink windows for the user to partially determine their ink level.
