The Parker Jotter is a retractable ballpoint pen produced by the Parker Pen Company. This specific iteration of the Parker Jotter is a limited edition and derives inspiration from various landmarks in London, UK. Every pen comes with a blue medium point Quinkflow ink.
The "Classical Red" version of the pen has a barrel designed to mimic the throne room of Buckingham Palace. The barrel has an interesting texture that provides the user with a slightly firmer grip than the classic Parker Jotter. The "Modern Sky Blue" version has a barrel designed to mimic the Shard skyscraper. Similar to the "Classical Red" version, the "Modern Sky Blue" version has a textured barrel that may assist with gripping the pen. The "Postmodern Black" version of the pen has a barrel designed to mimic "The Gherkin" skyscraper. Unlike the previously mentioned versions, the barrel of the "Postmodern Black" version is quite smooth.
While the London Architecture versions of the Parker Jotter have slightly different aesthetics than their classic Parker Jotter predecessors, they are fundamentally similar to other Parker Jotters. The London Architecture versions use the same ink refills, have a similar length, weight and technical specifications, and have an identical retraction button. The only major design changes between the classic Parker Jotters and the London Architecture iterations are the clips and barrels of the pens. Still, the London Architecture versions of the Parker Jotter are light, well-balanced, and write smoothly.
For the aforementioned reasons the Parker Jotter - London Architecture ballpoint pen is recommended by Lion Stationers. It can be purchased from the following vendors:
