Review:
The Bulova Marine Star Chronograph is a 43 millimeter chronograph watch with a dive bezel, giving it a water resistance of only 100 meters (whereas typical dive watches have a watch resistance of 200 meters and above). The bezel rotates smoothly and the chronograph function works well, and the watch has an attractive blue face. The bracelet feels well made and sturdy, and the pale gold links on the watch band matches the pale gold on the crown, pushers, and hands and indices of the watch itself. However, the pale gold is not as bright as other gold plated two tone watch bands are, and the watch does not have the original Bulova tuning fork logo.
Nevertheless this watch is well-constructed, functional, and unique for its chronograph and rotating bezel complications.
